Synopsis

R-Rated / Buddy Comedy

Paul and Darren are high school basketball superstars who are on top of the world as they close out their senior year with a championship win. Fast forward 17 years, and the boys are washed up, out of shape local has-been's who now work for their old retired high school coach at his sporting goods store.

Now middle-aged single guys, Paul and Darren both live at the homes they grew up in. Paul kept his parents' house after they died and Darren lives in his parent's basement. The only passion they seem to have in life these days is attending live basketball games. After they are caught stealing and selling their boss's game tickets from a promotion at work, their old coach fires his former stars and the boys officially hit rock bottom.

To add insult to injury, the NBA goes on strike and Paul and Darren are out of a job, have no life and lose their only passion they have. This is when they hear of a local driveway basketball tournament being run by the radio station to fill in the gap left by the strike. This is where Paul and Darren can get their lives back on track.
